I will sit beside you in your grief listening compassionately as you process the loss and navigate the surrounding uncertainty.

In both therapy and therapeutic coaching, I work with you to explore the root causes of low self-esteem and guide you toward lasting change. I will work with you to foster self-compassion, confidence, and self-love.
